Katie Hagan lives in Taos with her husband and two dogs. Katie began working in the wine industry 7 years ago and was immediately captivated by the grape journey. She learned all of the various jobs in a winery environment and stepped into the head winemaking role in 2020. Katie is going into her 5th season of winemaking by joining Embudo Valley Vineyards to create an exciting and fresh line of wines. Katie enjoys the techniques of low intervention winemaking and allows the grapes to express themselves while keeping a modern approach of clarity.
